We offer semi-private and private Winery and/or Brewery Tours.
What’s the difference between semi-private and private group tours?
Will you be mixed with other guests on a semi-private tour? Possibly. If you book a semi-private tour (1-7 guests), your group may be paired with other guests who booked the same tour day. If you prefer not to be paired with other guests, you may upgrade to a fully private experience. Contact us directly so we can curate your tour with you.
Semi-Private Tours (1-7 guests)
• Ideal for couples and small groups who enjoy a relaxed, hosted experience in a small setting.
• All of our Winery and/or Brewery Tours tours can be booked as a semi-private tour (more than one group may be booked together on the same tour) OR booked as a private tour. For group sizes more than seven, please contact us directly for a large group pricing discount.
• Typically visit 3–4 wineries/breweries per day, lasting about 7–8 hours, including pickup and drop-off.
• Includes transportation, guide service, tasting fees if selected, and bottled water/snacks.
Private or Custom Tours (8-14 guests)
• Your group exclusively. No additional guests are added. Please contact us directly if your group is 8-14 guests.
• Any of our Winery and/or Brewery Tours tours may be booked as a private tour and are fully customizable based on preferences: wine varietals, picnic lunch, duration, or special added experiences like food pairings or vineyard walks.
• For private or large group (more than eight people) tour bookings, please contact us directly so we can help you plan your day.

Because our tours are intentionally small and curated, all bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Please review carefully before booking.

• Semi-private tours generally max out at 8–12 people, ensuring intimate and interactive visits. All of our winery/brewery tours can be booked as a semi-private tour (more than one group may be booked together on the same tour) OR booked as a private tour. For group sizes more than seven, please contact us directly for a large group pricing discount.
• Private tours accommodate groups up to 14.
• Semi-private tours pickup location will depend on which tour is selected. You will be notified within 24 hours of your departure date of the pickup location. All drop-off locations will be the same as the pickup location. For the Signature Savor and Grand Reserve Tours, the pickup and drop off location will be in Cartersville/Ellijay/Kennesaw, Georgia and will depend on the location of the majority of the group. The Sips and Suds Tour will pick up and drop off in Kennesaw, Georgia. You will be notified no less than 24 hours in advance of your tour date where the pickup and drop off location will be.
• For private bookings, pickup at one location within a 50-mile radius of Cartersville, Georgia will be included in the private tour fee. If the pickup location for a private booking is outside of the 30-mile radius, an additional $75 per hour travel time will be added each way.
• Guests may bring light snacks and drinks aboard. Please let us know if anyone in your party has a food allergy.
• Two tasting fees are included as part of the Sips and Suds Tour. Three tasting fees are included as part of the Signature Savor Tour. Four tasting fees are included as part of the Grand Reserve Tour.
• Otherwise, guests pay tasting fees directly at the Winery and/or Brewery Tours (typically $15-$20 per person per winery).
• Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing.
• Sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, are recommended.
• Feel free to bring a reusable wine bag or buy one with your purchase – shipping options may also be available directly from the winery.
• Tours typically last 7-8 hours (depending on the tour package selected), with three to four Winery and/or Brewery Tours visits, including time for tasting and exploring.
• ZIXPY hosts several multi-day wine tours throughout the year. Stay tuned for more information.
• Guests must be 21 years or older to join a tasting tour.
• Our van is not set up for those with accessible needs.
• Gratuity for guides and drivers is not included but is always appreciated.
• If you feel so inclined to provide a gratuity to your ZIXPY guest, the industry standard is 15-20% of the tour price.
• Tasting-room staff tipping is optional but appreciated when exceptional service is received.
• Light snacks and bottled water are provided on all three winery tours.
• Lunch is included in the Grand Reserve Tour.
• We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary restrictions with 72-hour advance notice.
• You may purchase wine/beer at the wineries/breweries visited; some offer packaging and shipping to most U.S. states. ZIXPY is not able to package and ship wine/beer.
• Customized itineraries based on your preferences and interests.

2. For private events, group events, travel guidance, email/or text us and let us know your tour preferences (dates, region, event type, group size, expectations). We’ll provide a tailored itinerary, pricing, and reserve the tour.
3. Once deposit (if needed) is secured, a confirmation email with logistics and final details will be sent.
